Amy Calvert (pictured left), chief executive officer, Events Industry Council says, “After more than a year away from IMEX we are excited to open our Hosted Buyer program. We have seen an increased focus on personal development and learning over the past year, so we have created exclusive education sessions for our hosted buyers, which will qualify for CMP clock hours. It has been a difficult year for the entire industry, and we are certainly looking forward to attending the show and rekindling with our colleagues and forming new relationships.”
IMEX America 2021 is expected to attract more than 3,500 exhibitors including destinations, venues and suppliers from 155 countries. In addition, there will be more than 180 education sessions focused on the IMEX America show themes: nature, event tech, wellbeing, live and experiential, and CSR and sustainability.
