Lancaster Management Services announced the promotion of Cara Roach to the company’s chief operating officer. She joined the company as an account manager nearly seven years ago.
Roach says of her new role, “I have been given a great opportunity to lead our #orangeteam in continuing our team’s growth nationally while maintaining our level of customer service that our clients have come to trust from us. I am humbled by the opportunity and excited for the journey ahead of me!”
