Online shopping and curbside pickup have their place, but there’s nothing like shopping in person, especially if you’re looking for that perfect piece of gym equipment or the latest fitness technology. As people reconnect with their health and fitness routines, IDEA® World Convention returns to live, in-person education at the Las Vegas Convention Center, July 20-24.
To help celebrate this wellness reunion, the IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo also returns, and attendees will find everything they need to support their fitness pursuits—while taking advantage of event-only discounts. All for free. This annual fitness celebration is entering its fourth decade as the essential conference for personal trainers, group fitness instructors, gym owners and anyone who values the life-altering benefits of a healthy body and mind.

The IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo will be open Friday, July 22, 11:45am-7pm and Saturday, July 23, 11am to 7pm. The expo pass includes the chance to try out exciting new workouts that highlight new equipment, taught by prominent fitness presenters. One popular exercise experience returning this year is IDEA World Mega Circuit, led by top-notch educators who coach participants through 20 different creative exercise options. Other classes to choose from include Les Mills Grit™, Cardio Country Fusion® and Elev8, presented by Oxygen.
