Circle announced the appointment of Christopher (Chris) Kappes as Vice President of Omnichannel Integration. In this newly created role, Chris will be responsible for driving the agency’s innovative omnichannel programs, delivering outstanding results for both clients and Circle.
Shawn Garrity, CEO of Circle, praised Chris’ appointment saying, “In today’s fast-paced business environment, B2B and B2C customers demand an always-on, personalized, omnichannel experience. Chris’ extensive industry background with leading tradeshow, event, mobile, and digital agencies makes him the ideal candidate to help power our omnichannel programs and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and Circle.”
Recent research, such as a McKinsey report of 21,000 corporate decision-makers, confirms that all B2B customers prefer an omnichannel approach from their suppliers, regardless of industry, country, size, or customer relationship stage. Furthermore, customers are more willing than ever to switch suppliers to gain exceptional omnichannel experiences.
Chris echoes these findings, saying, “The pandemic has highlighted the importance of having a balanced approach across multiple channels. B2B companies are recognizing this and are now providing what customers have long wanted: the right balance of channels. This is what we do at Circle and I’m thrilled to support the Circle team and our clients in this endeavor.”
Circle, headquartered in Las Vegas, is a think-tank of strategists, makers and doers that deliver a wide array of dynamic and memorable experiences across multiple touchpoints that drive brand performance and outcomes.
