LIV at Fontainebleau Sets the Scene for Industry’s Biggest Celebration
by Melissa Skipworth
Las Vegas, NV – Las Vegas’ premier hospitality and events associations came together for the industry’s most anticipated celebration of the year: the 2025 All Association Holiday Party. Held at the stunning LIV nightclub at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the event drew hundreds of industry professionals for an evening of networking, festive entertainment, and holiday cheer.
A Grand Entrance
Guests arriving at the multi-level venue were greeted by an impressive LED holographic fan directional elf on the way to each escalator. Performers dressed in elegant Santa-themed gowns with festive elf ears held illuminated welcome signs, setting a whimsical tone for the evening ahead.
The registration area transformed into a winter wonderland with striking red and white décor, featuring an LED dance floor and illuminated trees. Representatives from all participating associations lined up to welcome attendees and check in members for the celebration.
Immersive Event Experience
Upon entering the main space, attendees encountered two professional photo booth stations and an interactive sticker art activation, encouraging creative engagement and social sharing throughout the night.
The nightclub’s impressive infrastructure—including state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, multiple bars, and a central DJ booth—provided the perfect canvas for an immersive experience. Four strategically positioned food stations offered diverse culinary options, while go-go dancers in seasonal costumes added visual energy to the festivities. A live DJ kept the energy high throughout the evening, complemented by the venue’s exceptional ambiance and an animatronics polar bear that stole the show.
