It has been 15 years since Hill & Partners, Inc. opened its doors. Now, a decade and a half later, the full-service tradeshow exhibit design firm headquartered in Quincy, Mass. ranks among the leaders in the industry, earning a reputation for strategic insight, strong account management and inspired design services.

Founded in 1995 as a response to large, impersonal exhibit houses, the founders recognized that a flexible approach to design challenges and program management equated into a more rewarding client experience. The concept of partnering with clients in a way that fosters the most ideal solution for each creative opportunity remains the foundation of the Hill & Partners experience.

Working across a wide variety of industries and six continents, the team at Hill & Partners proudly acknowledges its experience and partnership approach as the key factors in long running relationships with clients; including Polartec LLC, Candela Laser, GTECH and Stanley Black and Decker.

According to Michael McMahon, company president and CEO, commitment to excellence and programs that provide customers peak value is the unchanging philosophy at Hill & Partners. This set point of distinction has served the firm well throughout the many changes within the exhibit industry landscape over the past 15 years.

“Two significant factors have combined to contribute to unprecedented change in the exhibit business since 1995; the custom turnkey rental solution and the mass adoption of digital communication technology,” said McMahon. “The firm’s willingness to respond to the ever-changing needs of customers has been and will continue to be the hallmark of success at Hill & Partners. We’re developing an environment that fosters exceptional client-focused service and has an internal foundation. We look at customers and partners as team members; this approach supports the Hill & Partners philosophy, ‘Our people become your people,’ which was adopted to further increase the quality of our client/partner experience.”

The firm’s achievements were recently celebrated during an event attended by clients, colleagues, regional lawmakers and well-wishers. Representatives of Dunkin Brands and Polartec® were among those in attendance, as was Massachusetts State Senator Michael Morrissey. City Councilor Douglas Gutro presented McMahon and the company with a citation of commendation from the Quincy City Council. Official commendations were also received from the Massachusetts State Senate and the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

“We are privileged to work with creative and inspiring groups of clients and colleagues; as technology advances and trends continue to shape the way we do business,” said McMahon. “We firmly believe that the quality of our input, along with our ability to create and provide compelling solutions, is the key to steadfast success in our next 15 years.”
