The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) will bring new research, professional development and networking to Las Vegas during IMEX America 2026, including the first presentation of the 2026 Incentive Travel Index and a celebration marking 20 years of SITE Young Leaders.
SITE activity begins Oct. 11 and continues through Oct. 15. IMEX America runs Oct. 13–15 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, following Smart Monday on Oct. 12. This year’s show floor will feature more than 3,700 destinations, venues, hotels, technology providers and event specialists.
New Data on Incentive Travel
SITE and the Incentive Research Foundation will unveil the 2026 Incentive Travel Index on Oct. 12. The research examines trends affecting incentive travel and provides data for buyers, suppliers and agencies.
Research will remain a major focus throughout the week. SITE plans to discuss findings from the index during its Oct. 13 press conference, along with other research and association updates.
On Oct. 14, another education session will examine how Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z respond to incentive travel and reward strategies. The session will focus on how preferences differ across today’s multigenerational workforce.
“The 2026 Incentive Travel Index will give professionals evidence to inform the decisions they are making,” said Annette Gregg, CEO of SITE and the SITE Foundation.

Young Leaders Marks 20 Years
SITE will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Young Leaders program, which supports professional development and career advancement for members under 35.
The SITE Young Leaders Conference will take place Oct. 11 at The INDUSTRIAL in Las Vegas. The full-day program will bring emerging incentive travel professionals together for education, discussion and networking.
SITE will continue the anniversary celebration Oct. 13 with a reception at its IMEX America stand.
“The 20th anniversary of SITE Young Leaders gives us the chance to recognise a community that is central to SITE’s present as well as its future,” Gregg said.
SITE NITE Brings 1,500 to Las Vegas
SITE NITE North America will take place Oct. 12 at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World. More than 1,500 incentive travel professionals are expected to attend the networking event, which will feature a Yacht Rock theme this year.
SITE’s IMEX America schedule also includes education on direct-selling incentive programs, a Global MICE Collaborative certificate course with the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and a meeting for SITE chapter leaders.
The association will also join Destination Vancouver on Oct. 14 for a toast to the 2027 SITE Global Conference.
“From new research and practical education to the conversations taking place at SITE NITE and on our stand, we want people to leave Las Vegas with ideas and relationships that support their work,” said Hasan Dinc, president of the SITE International Board of Directors.
