BlueHive Exhibits has hired Karen Salerno as an account executive. She brings more than 15 years of experience in events, tradeshows, and conferences, with a focus on the physical and digital security sectors.
Salerno previously served as key account manager at RX Global, managing 125 accounts across ISC West and ISC East. She worked with exhibitors to understand their business objectives, marketing priorities, and needs for participating in the security industry events.

At BlueHive, Salerno will develop new client partnerships and help companies create custom exhibits, events, and experiential marketing programs. Her background includes account management, business development, and experience working on the event-organizer side of the industry.
“Her experience gives her a unique understanding of what exhibitors are looking for in an event partner, and that perspective aligns perfectly with how we approach our business,” said Caitlyn Correia, BlueHive’s president and CEO.
“After spending many years in the industry, I knew my next chapter needed to be with a company whose values, culture, and vision aligned with my own,” Salerno said. “What stood out to me about BlueHive was not only its creativity and capabilities, but the people behind it.”
Founded in 2005, BlueHive Exhibits designs and produces custom exhibits, events, and branded environments. Headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a second facility in Las Vegas, the company operates nearly 200,000 square feet of combined space for design, fabrication, warehousing, and logistics.
