Five countries – Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan and Taiwan – and seven states – California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas – are represented among new companies accepted in the highly-selective juried Accent on Design division at the winter 2010 New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF).
Accent on Design, a dynamic juried collection of nearly 200 contemporary and innovative products across all gift, home and lifestyle categories, is one of eight carefully categorized divisions of the NYIGF. “As the standard bearer for design-driven products, Accent on Design constantly incorporates fresh new design talents alongside established design resources,” said Dorothy Belshaw, NYIGF director and GLM senior vice president. “The winter 2010 newcomers will add greatly to the division’s overall aesthetic, as well as to its multi-cultural mix.”
