Herning was most recently vice president of sales for MGM Resorts International, serving at two of the brand’s most iconic hotels, the MGM Grand Hotel and most recently the Bellagio Resort and Casino on the famous Las Vegas strip. Prior to MGM Resorts, Gregg spent 13 years with The Peabody Hotel Group holding senior leadership positions in operations, sales and marketing, and finally serving as the brand vice president.
Herning is regarded as a leading strategist and innovative thinker. He takes great pride in providing comprehensive skills training to his staff and to the hospitality industry as an active thought leader and guest lecturer.
