For the third year in a row, Los Angeles-based Ace Exhibits, a manufacturer and retailer of trade show display products, has been named to Inc. magazine’s 2013 “Inc. 5000” fastest-growing companies list. The firm moved up 376 spots on the list from 3,578 in 2012 to 3,202 this year.
“It’s an honor to make the fastest-growing list for a third year in a row,” said Tom Hand, CEO, Ace Exhibits. “Our ranking is a mark of our stability in an economy that continues to improve, but be sluggish at times. To stand out, be stable and grow in a saturated market, we’ve focused on creating innovative customer service solutions and delivery processes.”
Companies ranked on the list must be privately held, for profit and independent U.S. companies that are evaluated according to percentage revenue growth from 2009 through 2012.
Ace Exhibits has grown the company from 10 employees to 42 employees between 2009 and 2012. Over the last three years, the firm also experienced a 101 percent growth, reaching revenues of $7.8 million in 2012, when it expanded services to include large display printing, ensuring strong customer service and delivery capabilities.
Founded in 1979 and acquired in 2005 by Mansueto Ventures, Inc. magazine is the only major brand dedicated exclusively to owners and managers of growing private companies, with the aim to deliver real solutions for today’s innovative company builders.
