Tradeshow veteran Richard Erschik has introduced two resources aimed at helping exhibitors use artificial intelligence and ChatGPT throughout the exhibiting process.
AI tools for exhibitors
The AI-Enabled Exhibit Manager is an 11-page white paper that explains where AI can support exhibit managers before, during, and after a show. The publication is available at no cost.
A companion 89-page PDF book, The AI Exhibitor Edge, focuses on practical applications. It includes examples of how exhibitors can use AI to review exhibitor service manuals, track deadlines, research audiences, prepare booth staff, develop qualifying questions, organize show-floor information, improve follow-up, nurture prospects, and measure tradeshow return on investment.
“Both were written by an exhibitor for exhibitors,” Erschik said. “I didn’t come to this from the technology side. I came to it after more than 50 years of experiencing the problems exhibitors deal with and asking: Where can AI make this easier, faster and more productive?”
Built from tradeshow experience
Erschik says he has worked in the tradeshow industry for more than five decades as an exhibitor, chief executive officer, lead-management company owner, author, speaker, and trainer.
He said the new resources draw on decades of exhibiting, lead management, training, and work involving more than one million tradeshow leads.
Erschik also says he has delivered more than 350 presentations and workshops and trained more than 45,000 professionals. In addition, he says he appeared as a featured speaker and roundtable moderator at the EXHIBITOR Show in Las Vegas for 18 consecutive years.
That version is stronger and safer. His email gives you better footing for the million-leads language.
Richard Erschik is a former exhibitor, chief executive officer, author, speaker, and educator. For information about his AI resources and exhibitor training programs, visit ExhibitorTrainingWebinar.com.
