Atlanta, GA—Heading into its 21st year, Aluvision proudly reflects on the past year of innovation and collaboration within its North American footprint as 2024 begins.

Early on in 2023, Aluvision was making its mark with awards won through several industry events and major awards programs. During ExhibitorLIVE in Louisville, KY, Aluvision’s ultra-slick double-deck system, the Flexdeck, and its revolutionary indoor/outdoor self-contained event unit, the Flexbox, each took home a “Buyers Choice Award” for their versatility, flexibility, and visual impact. At the show, Aluvision was thrilled to see the 20×20 booth for WonderMakr honored with “Best New Exhibitor” by its customer, Creative Visual Solutions. Aluvision’s systems were the foundation of the booth’s eye-catching design and exhibit execution. And through Exhibitor’s annual Portable Modular Awards, Aluvision again celebrated its own honor with a “Best Island Exhibit” award for the company’s 2022 ExhibitorLIVE booth. The company also received an accolade on behalf of customer EDE Corp, which won the program’s coveted “Zeigler Award” for its Monster Energy booth at NACS 2022.

More recently, Aluvision’s patented Hi-LED 55+ tile has been honored with the prestigious 2023 Innovation Award by the Exhibition Services and Contractors Association (ESCA). The Hi-LED 55+ tile was recognized at the December 2023 ESCA Winter Celebration and Awards Gala in part for its exceptional features. Of these, the most notable for setting it apart from competitors are its ability to create an absolute edge-to-edge 90-degree angle between screens, and its versatility to create various configurations from the same tile including straight walls, 3D structures, convex, and concave walls. The Hi-LED 55+ was also chosen for this influential industry award for its ability to reduce costs, save storage space, and enhance ROI for customers, noted by the judges as “commendable.”

“The ESCA Innovation Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the exhibition industry, and Aluvision’s Hi-LED 55+ tile stood out for its exceptional features and revolutionary impact on the modular system market. Its unique design and versatility have set new industry standards and opened up exciting possibilities for exhibitors,” says ESCA Executive Director Julie Kagy. “The Aluvision Hi-LED 55+ tile’s impact on the industry is undeniable, and it truly embodies the spirit of innovation that the ESCA Innovation Award seeks to celebrate.”

More than being recognized for its potential, Aluvision’s Hi-LED 55 and Hi-LED 55+ system has demonstrated impact within the company’s customer and end-user markets, as recently as the last quarter of 2023. Aluvision launched a 1.9mm pixel pitch LED tile in the fall of 2023 and sold out of its first North American batches within weeks of coming to market. The 1.9mm features 4-in-1 (IMD) technology for better color consistency and higher durability, 496x496x55mm dimensions for seamless integration of the tile into Aluvision’s Omni-55 profile, and compatibility with a higher quality receiving card to handle even the most complex of content displays. Production for 2024 has already been increased to ensure customers will be able to purchase their coveted 1.9mm LED tiles in the coming year.

The 1.9mm LED tile was used at LDI 2023 to debut Aluvision’s newest LED solution, “The Arc.” This innovative take on Aluvision’s highly successful tunnel takes visual grandeur to new heights as a 12-foot-high, 6.5-foot-deep, and 11.5-foot-wide LED video structure. Exhibit producers, audio/visual companies, and brands with trade show programs will be able to experience Aluvision’s latest technological advancement at ExhibitorLIVE 2024, to be hosted at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, TN from February 24-28. (Aluvision will be located at booth #941.)

“It has certainly been a momentous year for Aluvision,” says co-owner Ann Vancoillie. “Celebrating 20 years is a milestone, and the accolades we have achieved, and the honors bestowed on Aluvision customers in this year alone show Aluvision’s impact.”

“Our contributions to the LED solutions market are clear,” adds co-owner Dirk Deleu. “The trend for high-quality, well-lit visuals and video content will only continue to grow, and we’re constantly innovating to remain competitive and take the lead in flexible and versatile LED solutions.”

If 2023 is any indication, Aluvision is confidently kicking off 2024 with plans to bring continued positive impact and upswing for the events industry.
