American Express OPEN and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) have unveiled a premium, state-of-the-art OPEN business lounge inside the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The 3,400-square-foot lounge is prominently located at the convention center’s main entrance and features an open and airy floor plan. The OPEN Business Lounge is created for American Express OPEN Cardmembers and new applicants as a place to learn, recharge and connect. The OPEN Business Lounge allows guests an opportunity to take a break from their busy schedules, offering refreshments, free Wi-Fi, computer and printer access and seating for meetings or relaxation.
“We are committed to identifying new ways to stay competitive and maintain Las Vegas’ status as the number one tradeshow destination in North America,” said Terry Jicinsky, senior vice president of operations, LVCVA. “We’re excited to work with American Express to offer our convention and tradeshow delegates another amenity that helps them improve their business and tradeshow experience.”
The American Express OPEN Business Lounge at the convention center also supports local small businesses. Janitorial and floral services are provided by A1 Janitorial and Gaia Flowers, Gifts, Art. Local artwork from the Brett Wesley Gallery is also featured in the lounge.

The American Express OPEN Business Lounge at the Las Vegas Convention Center is the first location in the western United States and is open in conjunction with business-to-business events taking place in the convention center.
