Over the coming years, N200’s Visit Connect software will be rolled out as a standard feature at all exhibitions organized by Amsterdam RAI. This will allow RAI Exhibitions to make a significant step as an exhibition organizer in providing insight into the efficiency of exhibitor returns.
Visit Connect software by N200, a top European company in the field of registration, data intelligence and e-ticketing, provides exhibitors, organizers and other stakeholders with clear insight into the effect and returns of taking part in an exhibition. The software can help exhibitors realize maximum ROI thanks to comprehensive data collection, including live reports.
“We are constantly on the lookout for new internal and external connections in order to further enhance our services,” said Ids Boersma, director, RAI Exhibitions. “Visit Connect is a customer-targeted solution that makes a major contribution in this context. Accountability has an increasingly important role in all the media used in the communications mix deployed by companies. This also applies to medium-sized exhibitions, and our customers are more and more likely to map the ROI of a given exhibition. Visit Connect makes it easier both to assemble sales leads and to present the results in a clear fashion.”
Successful pilot projects show that the system works. Amsterdam RAI carried out a pilot project with Visit Connect during the Safety & Security Amsterdam (SSA) 2013 exhibition. A total of 10,000 leads were recorded, and 86 percent of the exhibitors used the Visit Connect platform during the exhibition. GreenTech 2014 is the next event at which Visit Connect will be deployed, and it will subsequently be rolled out at all events organized by RAI Exhibitions.
“Amsterdam RAI customers can measure the concrete effect of marketing campaigns well before the event, then use the software to conduct a much more focused and profitable follow-up campaign,” said Bart van Bijnen, CEO, N200. “Higher returns are possible – and we are very pleased with the decision by Amsterdam RAI to invest.”
