Arvato Systems’ Siegfried Bloch Retires, Jochen Fuchs Succeeds Him

Jochen Fuchs, group general counsel of the Arvato Systems Group, global IT specialists, has additionally assumed the role of chief human resources manager at Arvato Systems as of August 1. He succeeds Siegfried Bloch, who is retiring as planned at the end of the year after a handover period.

On the Arvato Systems executive board, Fuchs thus has responsibility for both human resources and legal, data protection and compliance. He reports to Matthias Moeller, CEO of the Arvato Systems Group.

Fuchs joined Arvato Systems in 2006 as legal counsel. After studying law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn, he gained extensive experience in Germany and abroad, including at the Institute for European Media Law and as an independent lawyer. At Arvato Systems, he has been responsible for legal affairs, compliance and data protection in his overarching role since 2014.
