AV Concepts, a leader in the corporate meetings, convention and experiential events industries, added a senior national account executive.
A proven leader in account development, customer relations and sales, Steve Dumond will establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to build AV Concepts’ national clientele. He has more than two decades of experience as well as a reputation for customer service excellence.

Previously, Dumond spent more than 10 years building an exceptional reputation within the audio/visual and live events industries, rising rapidly through the ranks to become divisional sales manager. He proved to be a dynamic and personable leader with a keen ability to nurture growth among his team and client base, according to company officials.

Dumond currently serves as director of special events for the Arizona Chapter of Meeting Planners International and is a member of the Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau. He was recently awarded as the 2011-2012 Supplier of the Year by the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.
