Bray Leino Events, a leading international events and experience agency, has been awarded the contract by the UK’s Department for Business and Trade (DBT) to oversee all activities at the UK’s custom-built pavilion during Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan. This selection follows a competitive tender process and underscores the agency’s longstanding reputation for delivering large-scale, complex live events globally.

Key Responsibilities at Expo 2025

The UK pavilion, currently under construction on the 155-hectare site at Yumeshima Island, will serve as a showcase of UK culture, business, education, and sports during the six-month Expo. Bray Leino Events will manage and deliver a full meetings and events program, oversee retail operations, and ensure smooth staffing and logistical support. In collaboration with renowned restaurant group Mosimann’s, the pavilion will also feature a dedicated restaurant and bar service, offering visitors a taste of UK cuisine.
