Caesars Entertainment expands rewards program for meeting planners

caesarslogo2Following the recent nationwide consolidation of its meetings business, Caesars Entertainment recently announced it is expanding its Meeting Diamond program across its portfolio of 38 U.S. properties.

The program originated in 2001 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and Harrah’s Las Vegas and was later expanded across the company’s eight Las Vegas properties under the Las Vegas Meetings by Caesars Entertainment brand. The program grants meeting planners and owners automatic Diamond status when they book a meeting or event at any property in the company’s U.S. portfolio.

The program recognizes planners and other designated meetings and events stakeholders as VIPs and entitles them to a host of benefits and rewards reserved for the company’s most valued customers. Personal benefits for the planner include VIP check-in, access to Diamond Lounges, discounts at participating outlets and guaranteed priority service at property bell desks, valets and business centers.

With the national rollout, the company has also integrated the Meeting Diamond program with Total Rewards, Caesars Entertainment’s loyalty program. Planners with Meeting Diamond standing will now become active Total Rewards members with full Diamond status.

This will allow planners to earn Reward Credits from their eligible meeting expenditures, which they can then apply to future meetings or individual rewards.
