Cincinnati’s DECC to Host Webinar/Hybrid Event About Hybrid Events on July 15

Cincinnati’s Duke Energy Convention Center, in collaboration with Prestige Audio Visual and Creative Services, and their downtown Cincinnati partners are excited to announce “Hybrid Events-Confusing Possibilities Made Simple,”  on July 15 at 2 p.m. EST.  Attendees may join live in Cincinnati, Ohio, or virtually, to learn how a hybrid event can be a successful solution for planning meetings in these difficult times.

Registrants can expect an event with the traditional meeting elements, combined with virtual capabilities and live interaction for all attendees, remote or onsite.  The event will kick off with a concise, webinar-style program followed by mixed-format live breakouts.  Attendees will be able to interact with industry professionals and peers live or virtually.  Focused breakout topics will run concurrently, and post-event, all content will be available on the DECC website.

Breakout sessions will help answer key questions about the events industry moving forward and provide insight into how the DECC and Cincinnati are ready to host your event.

Breakouts include the following:

Event Planning: Logistics and Solutions: Join Director of Event Services Lia Smith and her team as they help take the confusion and concern out of floorplan design and event production.

Connecting Through Culinary Collections: Learn what’s new with Spectra Food Services and Hospitality at the DECC. FS&H General Manager Terry Zajo and Executive Chef Purvill Chaney break down new menus, café renovations and much more.
