CSS Names Randy Butram GM of New SE Ops Center in Nashville

Complete Show Services, a nationwide exhibition service contractor with offices in in Las Vegas, Orlando and New Jersey, has launched its newest location in Nashville, Tenn and has named Randy Butram (pictured above) as the general manager-CSS Nashville/Southeast. The new regional operations center further increases their reach and capacity across the U.S. as it delivers its unique brand of customer service, value and complete show experience.

President Nick Cordaro says, “Be it at the Music City Center, Gaylord Opryland or the Georgia World Congress Center, we are bringing 25 years of tradition in gracious hospitality to Tennessee. CSS has named Randy Butram as the general manager-CSS Nashville/Southeast. For those of you who know Randy, the unparalleled service and dedication to maximizing everyone’s experience speaks for itself…for those of you who don’t know Randy consider him a new friend you haven’t met yet.”

Butram entered the business through friends and an IATSE union labor call. A master carpenter who was building sets at the thriving TNN (The Nashville Network) in the late ‘80s, Butram was sent on a tradeshow to the Opryland Hotel next door to TNN Broadcast Center….fast forward about 25 years of production experience later, Butram is the GM of Nashville/Southeast Operations for Complete Show Services.

The journey has seen Butram work with almost every major and independent contractor. His career spans work for show managers, EACs, facilities, video production, concerts, festivals and live theater. He continues to be the same selfless person willing to help anyone that he encounters. His years as a sanctioned NASCAR driver taught him a quick proactive vision of the whole scope of producing a convention with precise planning and execution with calmness, no matter how fast the pace.

Cordaro adds, “Our Complete Show Services Team will give you the star treatment accommodating all your needs and ensure you have a great meeting in Music City—Nashville’s the hottest destination for meetings today.  It’s that spirit of innovation and partnership that Complete Show Services embodies in our new home.”

With their new boots on the ground, the general contracting division, in conjunction with I&D Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) services launching Music City, offers a multitude of facility options for any size event. Mitch Isaacs, VP marketing, explains, “I’m fortunate to have been working for many years with the people making up our new office’s local Nashville crew. Our Tennessee team will outperform anyone! Our crew has a deep tradeshow services skill set, an efficient operations mindset and a friendly, can-do attitude. We have all the local knowledge needed to preemptively troubleshoot to get our clients what they need, no matter what…day or night, weekday or weekend.”

CSS Nashville is celebrating this major milestone in building robust production platforms throughout the U.S. that allows clients to drive transformational exhibition experiences. Complete Show Services Nashville will enable clients to have access to relevant new capabilities, enabling faster assimilation of new ideas, skills and ways of working in the live event industry.
