As director of operations since 2019, Josh has been involved in the daily business operations, creating timetables and milestones for clients, and extensive involvement for software development for client integration. His knowledge of the events industry helps drive what the client needs and wants to ensure a smooth registration experience, as well as smooth onsite services. Hoover’s extensive IT training and business acumen are an asset when it comes to delivering the client’s custom registration needs. Josh understands the client’s requested registration workflow process and evolves the ideas into business logic which the CRI system processes to deliver the desired result.
