Danielle Boyles joins ConferenceDirect with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as the opening director of sales and marketing for the Hyatt Regency Seattle, the largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest. Her focus at ConferenceDirect will be customer retention and business development. “Danielle will be a great addition to our team,” says Jerry Horan, president, and COO. “We’re excited adding this key role as part of our growth strategy.”
Prior to joining Hyatt, Boyles spent five years with HelmsBriscoe as vice president, overseeing their western region and DMO partnership program and 12 years in various sales and marketing roles with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, now Accor. Originally from Canada, she is a graduate of Carleton University and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
“We are thrilled to add an executive with such great experience with a quality company like Hyatt and Accor Hotels,” says Brian Stevens, CEO. “She also has worked for another meeting planning company as well which is always helpful when we are moving our company forward.”
Boyles currently resides in Seattle and will be relocating to Northern California to join the ConferenceDirect team in the Folsom office. Joining her on this journey is her husband Chris and their two furry kids, Winnie and Bruno. For fun, she enjoys practicing yoga and carving out time to meditate, which she believes helps her to be a better human all around, physically and mentally.
