Digital Disruption 2013 tackles digital-services delivery

 

As the market for cloud-based digital services continues to explode, global industry association TM Forum has unveiled the scope and format of its all-new event slated at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in Calif. Oct. 28-31.


Aimed at helping businesses conquer challenges and seize opportunities in the digital world, Digital Disruption 2013 addresses challenges facing service providers in reducing cost and risk, improving market retention and growth, and driving new digital-services revenue.

The event will explore how communication providers can collaborate to solve the growing challenges posed by enterprises that are increasingly turning to cloud-based services to run their businesses.

Digital Disruption 2013’s Keynote Perspectives program kicks off on Oct. 28th and will be hosted by Google’s Emmy-nominated author Daniel Sieberg. In addition, Digital Disruption 2013 includes four Forums focused on all the aspects of delivering profitable services in a disruptive market, and each explores technologies and services from a business perspective.
