Exhibitus is pleased to announce that Don Brandt has been named vice president of sales. Brandt joins the company after 30 years of successful sales and operational expertise with USG where he managed large sales organizations. His work also included leadership roles on company-wide initiatives such as salesforce reorganization, customer success programs, software implementations and the evolution of the company’s pricing model.
“Don brings a fresh viewpoint to how we run our company,” says Brad Falberg, president of Exhibitus. “With his guidance, we will blend what is good about being nimble and entrepreneurial in spirit with a view into best practices from a larger company perspective. This is critical as Exhibitus evolves to meet client needs in the ever-changing, post-pandemic world.”
Falberg continues, “Don and I have been close friends for more than 20 years and I have come to recognize his commitment to a company’s excellence in both operations and culture. I am excited to welcome him as a trusted partner that will give 110 percent to the growth and success of Exhibitus.”
Exhibitus also announced the retirement of two industry veterans, Todd Bugg and Heidi Leon, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales, respectively. Both delayed retirement plans to help the company navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.
Falberg explained, “Heidi and Todd never faltered in their belief that we could keep the core team members together through the unprecedented times of the past two years. They led with understanding while also with a passion for driving the business results wherever possible. I will be forever grateful for their dedication and friendship, and look forward to their contributions as members of the Exhibitus Advisory Board.”
