Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) announces Justin Pena as city manager for the Baltimore/Washington, DC region. Beginning his career in the tradeshow industry in 1999, Justin brings more than 23 years of experience to the Eagle team.
Justin began his industry tenure on the general contractors’ side working as a carpenter. Over time he moved on to foreman, then zone lead and finally project manager. Justin then tested the waters by working with a few different labor companies as a leadman/project manager. Before joining Eagle in 2022, he hung his hat at a national labor company for nine years where he moved through the ranks as a fulltime leadman, project manager, assistant city manager, and sales account executive. Due to his many years of experience, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership skills, as well as excellent customer service to the Eagle team.
