Scott Roemer’s Promotion to Director of Eastern Operations

Wenonah, NJ — Eagle Management Group, Inc. (Eagle) proudly announces the promotion of Scott Roemer to the position of Director of Eastern Operations. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a highly respected track record as the company’s Philadelphia City Manager, Roemer stands ready to take on this important role.

In his 16-year tenure within the tradeshow industry, Roemer showcased exceptional leadership, orchestrating hundreds of successful events and cultivating robust relationships with clients and partners. His proficiency in navigating the intricate landscape of the tradeshow industry has been a linchpin in his continuous advancement within the industry.

Assuming the role of Director of Eastern Operations, Roemer assumes a pivotal position in sculpting the strategic trajectory of Eagle’s operations in the respective region. His responsibilities encompass the oversight of efficiency, consistency, and client relations, all aimed at fortifying and expanding the footprint of each city.

Notably, Roemer will relocate to Nashville in the summer of 2024 to strategically position himself for this new role. Eagle exudes confidence in Roemer’s capacity to enhance operational efficiency, stimulate collaboration, and deliver unparalleled value to clients across the eastern region and is excited for this change.

Eagle Management Group hires a Customer Service Representative


Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) Elinah Noriega joins the Eagle team as our newest Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, Elinah is responsible for

supporting our operations team in Northern California. She acts as a point of contact for clients, as well as distributes information to help us attain the highest level of customer satisfaction, while supporting the City Manager and staff.

Prior to joining Eagle, Elinah worked in retail as a supervisor where she honed her people skills as well as time management, order processing, staff scheduling, etc. She also worked in warehousing for several years where she developed amazing organizational skills. In her short time with Eagle, Elinah has proven to be an asset to our California operations team and will be vital to offering consistent service to both external and internal clients nationwide.

“Elinah has taken so quickly to the role of CSR that she has already been entrusted to travel as support to large shows outside of her base cities. With the level of business we handle throughout the west coast, Elinah is a much-needed addition to our overall operations team.
