Eagle Management Group Promotes Arthur Ximenes and James Ross

Eagle Management Group Inc., is pleased to announce two promotions: Arthur Ximenes (pictured left) to manager of operations and James Ross (pictured right) as the new city manager of the Dallas/Fort Worth/Houston region.

Prior to this advancement, Ximenes worked as Dallas/Fort Worth/Houston city manager for more than 10 years. According to company executives, he consistently exceeded expectations in this role, achieving great successes through his varied technical background and impressive self-discipline.

Ximenes was introduced to the tradeshow industry in 1994 when he began working for Eagle as a lead carpenter. His promising potential was quickly recognized, as he quickly rose to the role of city manager only a few years after entering the industry. Ximenes also served as a Fort Worth Fire Department firefighter for more than 30 years. He was a special operations educator in fields that included HAZMAT, high angle, and confined space rescue. His knowledge acquired as a firefighter as well as trade skills in custom remodeling/cabinetry, building, framing, plumbing, and electrical in his work has allowed him to become an influential Eagle employee and member of the leadership team.

“Arthur Ximenes possesses an admirable set of skills and shows an impressive dedication to his work,” says David Holloway, Eagle president. “His ability to solve problems effectively during critical times instills the utmost confidence in our workforce and clients. His solid work ethic inspires all those who work with him. Furthermore, Ximenes’ focused ability to listen to others’ ideas helps to foster an environment of mutual respect and encourages the creation of strong personal relationships. Arthur brings a wealth of talent and a great attitude to his new role at Eagle that we are very excited about.”

Ross joined the Eagle team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a carpenter in 2010. Due to his many talents, skills, and strong work ethic he quickly rose through the ranks becoming a highly requested lead man and traveling project manager. Prior to joining Eagle, Ross served the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, as a firefighter, paramedic and hazardous materials technician for years and continues to do so today. In addition to his firefighter position Ross gained a lot of experience when owning and operating a small business. These roles have helped prepare him to handle the daily complexities a city manager faces in this large tradeshow market.

“Ross’ level of integrity and professionalism draws quality and talent, which has enabled him to form one of the strongest labor teams in the region,” says David Holloway, Eagle president. “With the promotion of Arthur Ximenes, Ross was the obvious choice. Training under Ximenes for seven years allowed Ross to garner many of the same traits and customer service abilities, which will enhance and grow the region for years to come.” Time allowing, Ross will continue to travel across the nation to support projects and events.
