Edlen adds employees to Chicago and Anaheim offices

Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services, an independent temporary electrical contractor to the convention and tradeshow industry, added two employees to its Chicago and Anaheim, Calif., offices.  

Edlen_Patricia Hayes photo (93x140)Patricia Hayes joins the Chicago office as director of sales, with Steven Rubalcava working with the Anaheim team as a national sales manager.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Hayes is responsible for marketing Edlen’s services to show organizers, convention facilities and hotels in the Chicago area.

Prior to joining Edlen, her hospitality career included national director of sales and operations positions with Freeman Audio/Visual, PGI, American Express and Maritz Travel Company.

She is very active in the industry as a committee member for the Choose Chicago Classic golf tournament and as a community relations chairperson for the Sheffield Neighborhood Association.

Rubalcava comes to Edlen from the hospitality industry where he worked a combined 17 years with both the Hilton and Hyatt corporations.

He started his career as a food and beverage outlets manager who oversaw a team of 45 employees. Most recently, he served as the assistant director of catering and convention services for Hilton’s full-service hotel in Costa Mesa, Calif.

According to company officials, Rubalcava is passionate about events and is very excited to be a part of Edlen’s growing team.
