EDPA Las Vegas Chapter
3rd Annual Skating & Hockey Extravaganza Set for April 16
The EDPA Las Vegas Chapter is turning up the excitement for its 3rd Annual Skating & Hockey Extravaganza, happening Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at City National Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The evening includes:
• Free skate session beginning at 6 p.m.
• East vs. West hockey game immediately following
• Full access to watch the action from MacKenzie River Pizza Grill & Pub, located within the arena
• Food and beverages provided for all attendees
To add to the fun, two raffles are now open:
• 50/50 Jackpot Raffle – Half the proceeds go to the winner, the other half supports the event
• Prize Raffle – Win exciting prizes donated by event sponsors

Registration for the event is still open. Whether you’re skating, playing, or cheering from the stands, all are welcome—and skate rentals are available at the venue.
EDPA Foundation Scholarship Deadline Approaching
Applications for the 2025 EDPA Foundation Scholarship are due by May 2, 2025. The scholarship is open to immediate family members of current EDPA member companies and has awarded over 155 scholarships totaling more than $500,000 since its inception.

Save the Date: Scholarship Golf Tournament
The annual EDPA Foundation Scholarship Golf Tournament is scheduled for June 3, 2025. Since 2002, this event has helped fund higher education opportunities for families in the industry. Additional details will be announced soon.

EDPA Midwest Chapter
Tiki Social Brings Out the Industry Crowd
The EDPA Midwest Chapter hosted a vibrant Tiki Social last month, drawing more than 40 attendees for an evening of cocktails, conversation, and community. Held at a tiki-themed venue, the event offered a casual environment where members reconnected with peers and forged new industry relationships. The chapter thanks all who attended for making the gathering a memorable one.

Registration Open for 2025 Rally at the Alley
The EDPA Northeast Chapter invites the industry to come together for the 2025 Rally at the Alley, a night of bowling, networking, and giving back.

• Location: Splitsville at Patriot Place, Foxborough, Massachusetts
This year’s event goes beyond fun and networking. Proceeds will benefit the young children of an Acer Exhibits & Events warehouse employee who recently passed away unexpectedly. The chapter is encouraging the EDPA community to show its support through attendance, sponsorship, or donations.
