Defying industry trends, the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) says it is seeing a growing number of registrants signing up for the Association’s ACCESS 09 show this month in Palm Springs, Calif.
“History rewards those who find the upside in downturns,” stated EDPA President Dan Cantor, in a note to Association members. “And there are many upside opportunities to consider as we develop our plans for the future. In this market, none of us can afford to sit on the sidelines simply tightening our belts.”
“We’re gratified that so many members and non-members alike are being drawn to our annual show, where we’re stressing the idea that to innovate is key to survival in a changing economy,” added Jeff Provost, Executive Director of the EDPA.
This year, EDPA will provide dozens of actionable ideas and real case studies that will demonstrate how industry leaders are ‘innovating’ their businesses out of this downturn, Cantor noted.
ACCESS 09 kicks off Dec. 2 and goes nonstop through Dec. 4. The conference will offer classes and workshops to better enable those in the event and tradeshow industry to optimize their organization, motivate employees, improve business practices, manage cash flow, improve business-development and so much more.
