The Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) will host a free Leadership Lab webinar on safety culture and duty of care in events July 28 at 1 p.m. ET.
Webinar focuses on show-floor safety
“The Human Side of Safety: Creating a Culture of Care in Events” will cover how safety decisions, communication, and leadership affect teams throughout the event lifecycle, from move-in to show days and move-out.
The session will also address how managers and rising leaders can support their teams, handle operational pressure, improve show-floor communication, and build a shared approach to safety.
Speakers include Allie Gramlich of CSI Worldwide, Michael Kaack of GES, and Geb Walter of Freeman. The 45-minute session will be held on Zoom.
The webinar is part of ESCA’s Leadership Lab series, powered by its Rising Leaders Committee.
