The annual Exhibition Services and Contractors Association’s (ESCA) Winter Celebration & Awards is here for 2025. This evening is dedicated to celebrating the outstanding achievements of those in our industry. To kick off, along with Expo!Expo!, the event is hosted in Houston, TX, at The Astorian. It will be a beautiful night committed to the contributions and talent that continue to shape the events and exhibition industry.

The ESCA Winter Awards are from 6:30 – 7:15 PM
Dinner, Networking & Western Luxe are from 7:15 – 10:00 PM
The theme for this year’s event is “A Night in Black Gold.” Wear your Western luxury velvet, satin, metallics, or statement silhouettes. A theme of elegance inspired by the Texas oil country, the evening brings bold, visionary, and legacy-makers. For the full style inspiration board, visit here.
The nights awards include: the ESCA Diversity & Inclusion Award, ESCA Humanitarian Excellence Award, ESCA Innovation Award, ESCA Lifetime Achievement Award, ESCA Outstanding Service & Volunteerism Award, and lastly the ESCA Rising Leader Excellence Award.
Guests will be able to support the ESCA Scholarship Fund by entering a 50/50 Raffle. This fund provides academic and need-based scholarships to industry members and families, in addition to the new Diversity & Inclusion Scholarships. By participating, it encourages the next generation of leaders in the exhibition industry.
