Event Production Show slated Feb. 5-6 in London

More than 200 exhibitors, including 40 first-time exhibitors, are scheduled to attend the Event Production Show at the Olympia National Hall in London, including many major international brands showcasing a range of innovative products, services and solutions.

Some 40 new exhibitors will take part in the Event Production Show this year.

include Michael Eavis, John Probyn, Colin Rodger, Martin Green, John Farquhar-Smith, Paul Ludford, Kim Gavin, Jeremy King, Dan Hall, Rory Sloane, disc jockey Rob Da Bank and more.

“The role of an event organizer is constantly evolving, and so we felt it was important to offer access to the latest legislation in order for the industry to remain informed and compliant,” said Duncan Siegle, director, Event Production Show. “We are pleased to welcome such an authoritative panel and are confident visitors will leave with the most current information available.”

In the sessions arena, panel debates from leading industry associations and publications will take place from 10:30 a.m., covering topics such as social media, temporary power, hybrid conferencing and policing. Workshops on traffic control, successful exhibiting and more will begin at 11 a.m.

Throughout both days, live product demonstrations will be given in the technology tent and there will be ample opportunities for meetings and networking in The Bar, which is situated in the heart of the show floor.
