Exhibit Concepts adds creative director, sales staff

Exhibit Concepts recently announced the addition of Michael Mudry as creative director and David Pruitt and Jennifer Janega to its Chicago sales team.


mudryMudry brings to the company more than 17 years proven design and management experience, having worked for companies such as ExhibitGroup/Giltspur, Contempo Design and The Design Agency. During the last 10 years, he has served in the role of design director and executive vice president of creative; providing design leadership for the creative process and developing experiential marketing programs for top-tier brands.

He will be based in the Chicago office and will be responsible for defining and mentoring the company’s corporate design organization.
As a collaborative member of ECI’s Executive Team, Michael will help mold the creative synergy for the company and plot the course for future growth.

“This position is key to Exhibit Concepts’ continued growth and will improve the efficiency of our design process and the application of our creative resources,” stated Kelli Glasser, company president. “In addition, Michael’s creative insight and depth of experience will make him a valuable addition to our management team.”

pruittPruitt is a 30-year veteran of the entertainment, event and tradeshow industries and began his career as a lighting crewmember for Bruce Springsteen, The Beach Boys, Earth, Wind and Fire; and Joe Cocker. He also worked as an event manager for Dial Corporation, Clear Channel and IGA Supermarkets. He brought his knowledge to the tradeshow industry as an account executive for Chicago Exhibit Productions, MICE North America and most recently Lewellen and Best.

janegaJanega brings to the company more than 13 years of industry experience. She began her career as an account manager working for a number of companies including MG Design, Exhibitgroup and Folio. Most recently she was an account executive at Heritage Exhibits and Lewellen and Best. She also is active with the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA).

“We always believed that Chicago had a tremendous resource of talent that we would be able to tap as the economy recovered,”said Gerry Hyzy, general manager of the Chicago office. “The addition of David and Jennifer is evidence to that fact. Their experience will be a great asset to our organization.”
