A provider of research, measurement and consulting services exclusively for the exhibition and event industry, Exhibit Surveys, Inc.’s most senior employee was named the 2014 chairman of International Association of Exhibits and Events (IAEE).
Earning this position is the CEO and president of Exhibit Surveys, Jonathan “Skip” Cox.
“I view my role as a steward of the vision and mission of IAEE,” said Cox. “After all the heavy lifting done by the many volunteers and staff who created IAEE’s new long-range strategic plan, my job is to ensure that we stay on target in executing the plan and meeting our stated goals. I’m confident we can benefit every active, participating member who utilizes our many offerings.”
IAEE is the largest association of the exhibitions and events industry in the world, with a membership of show organizers, exhibitors and exhibition suppliers.
“I am thrilled to partner with Skip Cox as IAEE’s 2014 chairperson,” said David DuBois, president and CEO, IAEE. “His exhibitions experience and expertise will serve our association very well as we grow globally, and place additional focus on education and advocacy.”
Jason McGraw, IAEE’s immediate past chair and senior vice president of expositions for InfoComm International, presented Cox with the chairman’s gavel during Expo! Expo!, IAEE’s annual meeting and exhibition in Houston, Texas.
