Jeff Price, CEO of Experient, announced important changes in top leadership for the firm. Shawn Pierce recently joined Experient as president of the registration and housing services division and Rick Binford, currently executive vice president of the Event Management Services division, is promoted to president of that business unit.
Pierce comes to Experient from Hanley Wood, a business-to-business media company serving the residential and commercial construction market. In his most recent position as senior vice president for Hanley Wood, Pierce was responsible for the e-Media, infrastructure, IT, registration, housing and administrative departments.
“Shawn is a proven innovator,” said Price. “He has experience in the creation of multi-million dollar revenue products, streamlining operations, and elevating customer service, all skills that will be in demand as leader of our registration and housing services division. We’re very excited to have him join us.”

Binford joined Experient in 1999 and has served in a series of progressively demanding roles, including CMO in 2008 and executive vice president in early 2009.

Pierce will be relocating with his family from the Dallas area to Experient’s Frederick, Md. office.
Binford is positioned at the company’s Twinsburg, Ohio office.
