Experient chooses five sales specialists from across the U.S.

Experient, a source for integrated meeting and event solutions, expanded its sales team by five to the Experient Sales Network (ESN).

Consisting of independent business development specialists called Experient National Account Managers (ENAMs) who are located in primary customer markets throughout the world, ESN’s newest ENAMS are Keith Berghoff, Kathleen Clickett, Robin O’Connor, Karis Sneve-Johnson and Loriann White, CMP, CMM.

Berghoff joins Experient from the Hotel Monaco where he was director of banquets. He began his career as the corporate catering sales manager for Baltimore’s Historic Tremont Grand, where his unique sales management skills along with his culinary background made for a perfect match. Prior to that, Berghoff was with the Holiday Inn Baltimore as senior catering sales manager and the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Baltimore as director of sales and marketing. He is an active board member of the National Association of Catered Events and committee member for Visit Baltimore LGBT Travel and Tourism. He resides in Baltimore.

Clickett brings extensive tradeshow experience with her to ESN. She comes from Transportation Management Services (TMS) where she developed business relationships and sold event shuttle services to associations and corporate planners throughout the Midwest. Prior to that, she was with Total Attorneys as events director and the National Marine Manufacturers Association, where she managed and executed all aspects of event planning and show management, including sales and marketing, vendor and hotel contract negotiations, site selection, event promotions and on-site management. Clickett is a member of MPI, PCMA and IAEE. She resides in Chicago.

O’Connor comes to Experient with nearly 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in working with association, corporate and tradeshow meeting professionals. Most recently, she was director of sales and services for the Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau. Prior to that, she served as national sales manager – Midwest Region for Baltimore, Fort Worth and Sacramento CVBs; director of corporate meeting sales at the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission; and convention sales manager for the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association. O’Connor has received numerous achievement and industry awards and is a member of PCMA, MPI and ASAE. She resides in Oklahoma City.

Sneve-Johnson comes to the ESN with 19 years of sales experience in both the B-to-B and B-to-C markets. She began her career in telecommunications, later moving to the health care industry where she added corporate meeting and tradeshow planning to her responsibilities. She was broker/owner at Realty Invest Pros and also launched Skate Echo, an accessories line focusing on the use of recycled materials. Sneve-Johnson resides in the Denver area.

White has more than 20 years within the global hospitality, marketing and meetings industry, including international expertise in strategic event, meeting, B-to-B marketing and incentive planning. She started her career in the hospitality market with Chrysler as managing travel director. She later joined Helms Briscoe as regional operations director and Conference Direct as regional vice president. White also held positions as vice president, Global Accounts at HPN and, most recently, as a sourcing sales executive at American Express Business Travel. She was Co-Founder and Executive Director for the Atlanta Green Meetings Council and is currently a member of MPI and editorial advisory board member for ConventionSouth magazine. White resides in the Atlanta area.
