Experient strengthens network sales force

Experient, a source for integrated meeting and event solutions, recently announced the expansion of its Experient Sales Network (ESN) with four account managers. The ESN is a team of independent business development specialists known as Experient National Account Managers (ENAMs) located in primary customer markets throughout the world.


The newest ENAMs joining the ESN are Ken Arnold, Dean Schultheiss, CMP, Beth Shalit and Alejandro Vazquez.

Arnold comes to Experient with an extensive background in communications, business operations, social media, brand building, media relations and event development and execution. He served as chief corporate strategist of business operations for the National Hockey League’s San Jose Sharks hockey team for 20 years. While with the team, Arnold provided strategic public relations, communications leadership, planning and guidance in a dynamic consumer facing environment. Arnold resides in San Jose, Calif.

Schultheiss brings 18 years of conference and logistics management and 13 years of project management experience with him, encompassing work in the governmental, public policy non-profit and private sector environments. Most recently, he was a project manager for Seamon Corporation where he managed the planning and execution of events for clients within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Schultheiss resides in Alexandria, Va.

Shalit brings more than 19 years of experience with her to Experient. She is the owner and operator at Beth Shalit and Associates, a full-service meeting management consultant company providing creative solutions for corporate meeting needs. Prior to forming her own company, she worked for Jornee Unlimited Inc. as director of sales and operations, where she managed an operations team and provided complete event planning. Shalit resides in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Vazquez comes to Experient from Portfolio Hotels and Resorts Los Angeles where he was director of sales and marketing and an area director for sales support. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vazquez has been director of sales and marketing for the Radisson Hotel Los Angeles Airport, the Westin Los Angeles Airport and the Courtyard San Diego Downtown. Vazquez resides in San Diego, Calif.
