What is Explori’s new program?
On July 10, 2023, Explori launched their new digital tool for exhibit organizers and marketers, Maxbi. Maxbi aims to solve the ultimate challenge for marketers: demonstrating returns on investments or ROIs. Vice President of Corporate Relations Chloe Richardson led a press release only hours after Maxbi’s launch, complete with a demonstration and thorough Q and A. Here’s what we learned from this groundbreaking company’s newest platform.
Maxbi: What it does and why
Maxbi’s goal is to prove to senior leadership that tradeshows are worthwhile investments. “Exhibitors have been asking for a tool that can easily measure the value of their tradeshows and events. Maxbi is the tool we’ve been looking for,” says Executive Director of The Exhibitor Advocate Jessica Sibila.
The new program does so by organizing and analyzing the data from tradeshows throughout the year and beyond—even breaking down what is spent on everything from travel to booth rental—and illustrates how much money is spent, where, and illuminating how it can be reallocated to make the tradeshow even more profitable.
“The more you’re spending on an exhibit the more you want to see a high achievement score,” says Richardson. Maxbi’s user-friendly, colorful, and easy-to-read dashboard makes that process simple. And like many good investments, Maxbi gets better with time. “It’s most valuable at the 12-month point and once you’re two years in—you’ll get to see year after year analysis,” Richardson explains. “It’s a really powerful feature—you’ll see trend lines, increases, and decreases,” she says.
Who is Maxbi for?
Maxbi is a big program with big goals but Richardson explained that whether you’re doing one tradeshow or 1,000 tradeshows, Maxbi can help. No matter the size of your operation, Maxbi’s dashboard will show you what you spent and where, whether it led to hot leads, and where investment can be increased, decreased, and reallocated.
