Fern is pleased to announce that they have joined the Flex Talent Pool program launched by GES. The program offers flexible, temporary work opportunities for experienced tradeshow professionals in anticipation of the return of a substantial number of events throughout the remainder of 2021 and into 2022.
Aaron Bludworth (pictured left), Fern CEO, says, “At the core of our organization are our people who serve our customers. Our decision to join the Flex Talent Pool program with GES is one of many steps we are taking in the short term to effectively serve our customers as we ramp back up to more consistent activity. It also serves as a bridge to get many of our displaced team members back to work.”
“We are excited to have Fern join the Flex Talent Pool program. As shows and events begin to come back safely, we all need to prioritize work opportunities for those talented and skilled exhibition employees we all rely on, and that have been so pivotal to the success of our industry,” says Jeff Quade (pictured right), EVP GES Exhibitions.
Fern is the first industry partner joining GES in the Flex Talent Pool program. The program will initially focus on show-site operations and exhibitor services in key markets and will be based on event schedules.
