Shadwick comes to Fern with more than 30 years of experience in the tradeshow and convention industry. He most recently served as a senior tradeshow professional at Hargrove, Inc., and prior to that held a position with the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau. These roles have equipped him with expertise in logistical operations and execution, as well as the marketplace knowledge to anticipate needs and navigate relationships among event managers, exhibitors, venues and vendors.

He currently serves as the treasurer of the IAEE Washington D.C., chapter.
