Fixation Marketing, a firm specializing in integrated attendance and exhibit sales campaigns, added two new staff members to its account services team.

Jaclyn South, project manager, will keep numerous projects on track and spearhead the agency’s quality controls. Account Executive Lina Attai will be Fixation’s point person for the PACK EXPO International 2014 and PACK EXPO East 2015 marketing campaigns, working with client PMMI.

“It was clear from the first meeting that both Lina and Jaclyn can deliver an ideal combination of passion for marketing and finely tuned customer service skills. I’m happy to welcome them to the Fixation team,” noted Jean Whiddon, president and CEO, Fixation Marketing.

South joins Fixation with six years background in retail management, merchandising and marketing. She has been trained by leading global companies to interface with customers to achieve success. Fixation plans to leverage this experience to enhance its existing client service program and protocols.

“Lina’s experience with everything from branding to social media marketing, coupled with the strategic and on-the-go thinking she demonstrated when working in health care technology start-ups, really impressed us—and she continues to impress,” said Sharyn Collinson, vice president and managing director, Fixation Marketing.

Attai brings to her position more than eight years of experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
