The resort, set to officially open its doors on December 13, 2023, is now accepting advance dining reservations through its website, pending regulatory approvals.

Olheiser emphasizes the resort’s dedication to delivering unforgettable culinary journeys, showcasing the innovative prowess of their in-house team, and celebrating the collaborative efforts between Fontainebleau Las Vegas and their esteemed partners.
Featuring an impressive lineup of 36 first-to-market concepts, the Fontainebleau Las Vegas restaurant and bar collection is curated by renowned chefs and restaurateurs, including Evan Funke, Masa Ito, David Grutman, David “Papi” Einhorn, and Alan Yau. Guests can now secure reservations for a variety of exquisite dining options, each promising a distinct and memorable experience.

- Chyna Club: A creation by Alan Yau, founder of Hakkasan and Wagamama, Chyna Club offers a fusion of eclectic Chinese cuisine in an alluring setting.
