St. Louis, Mo.-based Gateway, dedicated to designing and fabricating innovative exhibits and displays, providing best-in-class event marketing services and executing forward-thinking experiential marketing solutions, has hired four new employees spread over three departments. Spring brought a series of promotions for Gateway employees, and summer’s new hires have quickly taken to their roles. General Manager Jeff Huelskoetter explains, “We are expanding on all fronts and need talented new employees to maintain that expansion. I’m confident that we’ve found four great people who can help Gateway along its growth path.”

Jen Batisto stepped into a brand new role at Gateway as an opportunity manager. Since early May she’s been aiding the project management team, providing a fresh perspective and helping to organize the new customer pipeline. When asked why she chose Gateway, she says, “During my interviews, I really enjoyed meeting everyone at the office. There is a great culture at Gateway, which stood out from the very beginning.” Says her supervisor, “Jen has been crushing it in her new role so far, and her management team looks forward to seeing her reach her full potential!”

Gateway’s newest project manager, Jocelyn Kaza, came to St. Louis from Boston in early June and has been a great asset to the project management team. While she is new to the tradeshow industry, she says she’s excited to learn the ins and outs from some of the experts at Gateway. When asked what made Gateway stand out, she says, “I chose Gateway because the values and goals resonated with me. I wanted to work for a company that encourages growth and innovation.”

Michelle Mottin is a recent grad from Lindenwood University and joined the team in June as a project manager assistant. She’s quickly taken to her new role and has already begun to take over existing accounts from the more tenured project managers. When asked about what she was excited about with her new position, she says, “I look forward to honing my knowledge of the industry and getting to work directly with our designers to create great booths.” Gateway’s team is looking forward to helping her learn, innovate, and develop within her new role.

Just a little over three weeks into her new role and Shannon Silvestri has proven to be not only talented, but a hard-working member of the design team. According to her supervisor, she’s been a great help to the designers as they create booths for Gateway’s clients with upcoming shows and has been quick to take on responsibility, already proving to be a great asset for the company.
