Global Experience Specialists (GES), a leading global provider of exhibition, event and entertainment experiences, announced that its United Kingdom team has been awarded Investors in People status.
To receive this prestigious accreditation, GES was required to meet at least 39 evidence requirements, such as having a clear purpose and vision, managing performance, and culture and communication. GES exceeded the requirements by meeting 45, and has been formally accredited. Investors in People specializes in transforming business performance through people, and is administered by the United Kingdom Commission for Employment and Skills.
GES was commended because its “well defined and well communicated vision provides focus, creates a sense of purpose and provides a measurement for success.”
The report remarked positively on GES’ emphasis on sustainability, social responsibility and transparency, and its commitment to keeping employees at all levels engaged in continuous feedback and communication, resulting in strong employee morale.

Also being recognized by the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Business Excellence Awards, GES is a finalist in the “Trailblazers” category for creating new ways to engage and support the community and for being instrumental in giving Southern Nevada a strong safety net and improving the quality of life for the people of Southern Nevada.
