Being selected by the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) as its official coffee purveyor is Groundwork Coffee.
Through an exclusive agreement, Groundwork Coffee will be served at all retail locations throughout the LACC. The agreement also calls for Groundwork Coffee to supply all coffee product used in the catering operations within the facility.
In addition, retail Groundwork stores being installed in the West and South Halls will be open for business in April 2014.
According to Brad Gessner, senior vice president and general manager, Los Angeles Convention Center, the facility is excited for the Groundwork Coffee Company to kick off the newly rebranded food and beverage operation.
“Groundwork exemplifies the direction of ‘Taste of LA’, utilizing a local company with a great product, socially responsible business model, organic products and sustainable practices,” said Gessner.
Guests at the Los Angeles Convention Center will have the opportunity to visit the full service, stand-alone Groundwork concession stands that will provide coffee beverages.
