GSP, a leading retail services provider, is proud to announce that Elaine Scrima (photo left), VP of Operations, has been named one of Big Picture magazine’s first-ever Woman in Print Award winners. The award recognizes six female leaders in the digital print industry. Elaine will be presented with the award Sept. 14 at the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association Chairman’s Reception at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.
“These women have advanced the digital printing industry through their innovation, vision in leading successful businesses, and philanthropy, impacting our field as a whole as well as the communities they serve. They demonstrate leadership, progressive responsibility, and community awareness,” wrote Adrienne Palmer, managing editor of Big Picture.
“We’re so proud of Elaine,” said CEO Geoff Neuhoff. “Elaine has been with GSP for 20 years and she’s a vital part of our company’s success and growth,” he continued. “She leads a staff of 400 located across our three production facilities in Clearwater; Provo, Utah; and Madison, Wisconsin. Her team successfully produces and ships thousands of marketing kits to stores across North America every month. Not only that, but Elaine is an excellent mentor, inspiring the next generation of leaders at GSP and in our industry,” added Neuhoff.
Elaine is also one of the 12 founding members of the Women in Print Alliance for the SGIA. In 2015, she was a featured speaker on the SGIA Expo’s “Production Dream Team” panel. Elaine has also led her GSP team to 12 prestigious Golden Image awards for printing excellence in the past three years.
