Hargrove Inc., the creator of world-class experiential environments, hired three sales executives and promoted three employees to new sales positions.
Dawn Holden has been hired as an exhibit sales executive, Nadine Isvarin as a senior sales executive for events and Tanner Cooley as a sales associate for tradeshows and exhibits. Promoted from within, Kathleen O’Brien and Andrea Long both joined the exhibit sales team while Tiffany Ball has been promoted to senior sales executive for the events department.
“It’s exciting to not only bring in new expertise and talent, but to also reward the drive and accomplishments of our current employees,” said Tim McGill, CEO, Hargrove. “Our sales teams are continuously growing and propelling the company to higher successes because of their desire and capability to provide exceptional client experiences.”
Dawn Holden joined Hargrove with more than 10 years of sales experience. Formerly on the client-side of the business, Holden worked at Destination DC as a convention sales manager. She has a proven track record of securing business and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and is a valuable addition to Hargrove’s sales team.
Nadine Isvarin, who previously worked at Hargrove from 2001-2006, is welcomed back as a “new” senior sales executive for events. She has more than 20 years of event profession experience and has worked with a wide variety of clients, including non-profit organizations, presidential administrations and educational institutions.
Most recently, Isvarin was the director of client services, events and venues at George Washington University. During her prior tenure at Hargrove, she was the lead on some of Hargrove’s most prestigious events, specifically more than 15 projects related to the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York. This background and experience makes Nadine a welcome augmentation to the Hargrove Events staff.
Hargrove’s third new hire, Tanner Cooley, joined the company’s sales force as a sales associate for tradeshows and exhibits. He brings with him six years of sales experience and was most recently a regional sales manager at Axiom V. Cooley brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to his role and will be looking to expand Hargrove’s reach and activity into new markets and venues.
An employee who tirelessly raises her own bar at Hargrove, Kathleen O’Brien was promoted to the position of exhibit rental specialist on the exhibit sales team. She began working at Hargrove in 2010 as an account coordinator. After just two years, she was promoted to account specialist and built on her exhibit management knowledge with clients exhibiting at some of Hargrove’s largest tradeshows like the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission Job Fair and ASAE’s Annual Meeting and Expo. She has now transitioned to a sales role where she will continue to service rental exhibits clients at Hargrove- managed trade shows.
Tiffany Ball began her Hargrove career an account manager in 2010 and has recently been promoted to senior sales executive. Ball has established herself as a key member of the event sales team. She has developed relationships with many Hargrove events clients and continues to elevate these partnerships through her commitment to provide supreme customer service. A few of her notable clients include The Washington Nationals, Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the National Association of Manufacturers.
Andrea Long was recently promoted to exhibit sales executive. Andrea joined Hargrove three years ago as a national account manager involved in all lines of Hargrove business: events, tradeshows, exhibits and experiential marketing. She oversaw the production of major political events and education-based tradeshows, including the 2014 U.S.-Africa Leaders’ Summit, the 2013 Presidential Inauguration, the 2012 Democratic National Convention and a series of annual shows for the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA). She will now work with clients to find solutions to their custom exhibit needs and has already taken the lead on more than a dozen exhibits for the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission Job Fair.
All six sales executives will continue to build, maintain and strengthen the relationships of current and potential trade shows, events, exhibits and experiential clients. They will work to heighten the client experience and ensure each event and tradeshow exhibit is a success.
