The creative team at Hill & Partners designed and managed the custom-owned 30 x 30
branded environment that skillfully was divided to showcase both Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins brands.

The 16-foot-high display combined rental and custom properties to successfully facilitate a new layout and to meet specific exhibit requirements. The eye-catching property virtually replicated the storefront design of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchises and captured the look and feel of Dunkin’ Brands’ recent brand updates. Its authenticity was enhanced by incorporating items from actual stores, including booth seating and electronic menu boards.
Large brand murals of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins conveyed individual branding of the two internationally popular franchises. Iconic graphic panels and bright color accents spoke to each brand and product line. The “island” layout made the custom-owned branded environment approachable from two directions with each entrance featuring a different Dunkin’ Brands statement. Three-dimensional brand logos were punctuated by dark wood and bright brand color accents, facilitating the incorporation of both Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins brands into one space.
The open floor plan of the appealing Branded Environment provided ample seating, while 12-foot walls incorporated a large meeting room to allow for confidential conversations.
